Important Points SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) During the Inspection of RCC NP4 Pipes: -    Image-Hydro Test (Photo Credit: Ritesh Raj) (1.) Firstly, approved QAP will be checked.  (2.) ID marks should be marked on the inner and outer sides of pipes.  Image-ID Mark (Photo Credit: Ritesh Raj)  (3.) To check the inner and outer diameter of pipes.   (4.) Smooth finishing and before dispatch of RCC pipes cement slurry or grouting where required.   (5.) Load test is required for RCC pipes as per IS codes. Concrete mix design checked and in which cement content, cement brand, and water-cement ratio should be checked.  (7.) The straightness test to be checked of RCC pipes through the straightness rods to collinear visible.   (8.) A Beautiful Journey of A Construction Industry

It is said that time changes for everyone. Today I am telling you the story of the construction industry. In the ancient times, when human beings lived in the forest, they gradually realized that they should have a place to live. Then they made the caves for their home. Time changed as they became social. After this he started living in a hut which was made of weeds. Then some time later many huts came up in one place and then they started settling in the village. After these huts came a round of wall, which is made of soil.After that, now houses started being built of bricks.

When many houses were built, then the footpaths were given a ingratiation form of the road. Factories started being built. Due to the increasing population, the land started filling and big buildings started to be built. The train was run to transportation of goods and people from one place to another. The work of laying railway tracks for them was started, which has been going on till date, many lines are completed.

Now it was the turn of the ship. Work began to be done to find goods. For these, the port was built on the banks of the sea and  rivers. 


Now people started to have the necessary resources, but the lack of time stressed the need for the aircraft. Airports were built for them at different places, in which construction industry play a massive role world wide.

This sector is an innovation sector in which income is constantly changing due to some new technology introduced.

Technology has fulfilled the requirements in the limited resources, otherwise such a large building would not stand in so few places. 
The construction industry is that industry where everyone from the illiterate to the educated gets employment. This is not possible in any other sector. We are happy that a large part of the population of any country is directly and indirectly connected with the construction industry.



I am also proud that I am a part of this industry.

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि वक़्त सबका बदलता है.आज मई आपसे कंस्ट्रक्शन इंडस्ट्री की कहानी सुना रहा हु।  प्राचीन कल में आड़ मानव जब जंगलो में रहते थे, तो उन्हें यह धीरे-धीरे  एहसास हुआ की उन्हें रहने के लिए  कोई न कोई ठिकाना चाहिए. फिर उन्होंने गुफाओ को अपना आशियाना बनाया। समय बदलता गया आर वो सामाजिक होते गए. इसके बाद उन्होंने झोपड़ी में रहना सुरु किया जो खर- पतवार से बना होता था।  कुछ समय पश्चात कई झोपड़िया एक जगह पर बनने लगी और फिर वह गाँव बसने लगे। इन झोपड़ियों के बाद एक दौर आया भीत  का, जो मिटटी के बने होते थे.

जब बहुत सारे घर बन गए, तो फिर पगडंडियों को सड़क का मुहूर्त रूप दिया जाने लगा. कल-कारखाने बनने लगे। जनसँख्या  कारन जमीने कम पड़ने लगी और बड़ी-बड़ी इमारतों का बनना प्रारम्भ हो गया.

माल धुलाई और और लोगो को एक जगह से दूसरे जगह ले जाने  लिए रेलगाड़ी चलायी गयी. इनके लिए रेल की पटरियों  बिछाने का काम शुरू किया गया, जो आज तक कही न कही चल ही रही है।

 अब बारी आयी जलयान की. काम लगत में माल ढूलाई का कार्य किया जाने लगा।  इनके लिए समुन्द्र आर नदियों के किनारे पोर्ट का निर्माण किया गया. अब लोगो के पास जरुरत के संसाधन तो पुरे होने लगे , मगर समय की कमी ने वायुयान की आवश्यकता को बल दिया। इनके लिए जगह-जगह एयरपोर्ट बनाये गए.

 एक आदम युग का वक़्त था और एक आज का वक़्त है, कितना कुछ बदल गया. आज हर  तरफ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर  डेवलपमेंट की मांग जोरों पर है. हमारे देश  की बजट का एक हिस्सा िंगफ़्रास्ट्रक्टर डेवलपमेंट के लिए दिया जाता है. लाखो लोगो को इस सेक्टर ने रोजगार दिया है. कई लोगो की जिंदगी इस सेक्टर पर आश्रित  है.

 यह सेक्टर एक इनोवेशन का सेक्टर है, जिसमे आय दिन कुछ-न-कुछ नई टेक्नोलॉजी के कारण  बदलाव  आती रहती है. टेक्नोलॉजी ने ही सिमित संसाधनों में आवश्यकताओ की पूर्ति  की है, नहीं तो इतने कम जगहो  में  इतनी बड़ी इमारते खड़ी नहीं होती।

कंस्ट्रक्शन इंडस्ट्री एक ऐसी इंडस्ट्री है, जहाँ अशिक्षित से लेकर शिक्षित तक सभी रोजगार पा लेते है. ऐसा किसी भी अन्य सेक्टर में संभव नहीं है। हमे ख़ुशी है की देश का एक बड़ा हिस्सा प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से कंस्ट्रक्शन इंडस्ट्री से जुड़ा हुआ है।
