ID marks should be marked on the inner and outer sides of pipes.  Image-ID Mark (Photo Credit: Ritesh Raj)  (3.) To check the inner and outer diameter of pipes.   (4.) Smooth finishing and before dispatch of RCC pipes cement slurry or grouting where required.   (5.) Load test is required for RCC pipes as per IS codes. It is different for each dia, of RCC pipes.  Image-Plate Load Test (Photo Credit: Ritesh Raj)   (6.) Concrete mix design checked and in which cement content, cement brand, and water-cement ratio should be checked.  (7.) The straightness test to be checked of RCC pipes through the straightness rods to collinear visible.   (8.) As per requirement 2% of hydro tests are to be checked as IS:458 of the total ordered quantity.  Image-Hydro Test (Pressure Release) (Photo Credit: Ritesh Raj)

"Different Energy Sources"

There are many sources for energy generation in India and worldwide. Due to more consumption of energy its more production is essential. For the pollution control we are also focus on Wind energy, solar energy, Tidal energy, Hydro energy, Biomass energy etc. Details description of the energy forms is following:-

   (1.)  Wind Energy-

Wind energy is currently involve in a large scale of power generation. Many countries promote wind energy. It’s a new technology of energy generation. It is operate through large turbines. The turbine is work through available wind. Turbine will turn a generator and generator converts mechanical power into electricity. Wind energy is a renewable source of energy.

The formation of wind is caused by the following reasons:-

(A.) Rotation of the earth

(B.) The sun unevenly heating the atmosphere

(C.) Unequal earth surface

     (2.)  Solar Energy-

Most focus for the energy generation is the solar energy generation and it will comes in the category of renewable energy. Many solar plates are fitted through their arrangements in a large area. In this case sun heat is converted into electrical energy.

In this energy generation process green house gasses in not emit. At different locations energy of solar is different. Season and the timing of day are also making effect on the solar power generation.

Solar panel is mostly installed in desert area. Desert area is not useful for other purposes. So, it is best for solar generation. Solar energy can be utilized for different purposes:-

     (a.)  Electricity Generation

     (b.) Water Geezer

     (c.)  Heating

     (d.) Cooking

     (3.)  Tidal Energy-

In sea tides is comes many times and during the rise and fall of tides, this energy will generate.Tides is converted into kinetic energy due to ups and down of the tides. At coastal area tidal energy will generate. It is also a renewable source of energy.

Tides will occur due to the changing position of the moon and sun relative to the earth. Rotation of earth will the main source of the create this situation.

The world largest tidal power is situated in South Korea, Gyeonggi Province, whose capacity is 254 MW.

      (4.)  Biomass Energy-

The organic material, which is used for production of energy. Biomass is found in the form of living plants and biological wastes i.e. obtained from home and industry.

The biomass conversion process is following mentioned :-

(a.) Combustion

(b.) Gasification

(c.) Pyrolysis

(d.) Anaerobic Digestion

(e.) Fermentation

      (5.)  Wave Energy-

In ocean waves is produced and the energy which is created through these waves is known as wave energy. It is environment protective and renewable energy sources. This energy is used for electricity generation, pumping of water and water desalination.

     (6.)  Hydro Energy-

Hydro indicates the meaning is water and the energy produced from water or hydro is k own as hydro energy. Large dam holds water and release the water as required. In this arrangement electricity will produce.

     (7.)  Thermal Energy-

Thermal energy is coal based energy system. Thermal energy system is on large scale energy produced. It is a non-renewable source of energy. The main functional area of the thermal power plants-Boiler, Turbine and Generator, ESP,Chimney,Water division (RWR, RWIPH, DM Plant,Clarifloculator, Sludge Thickener), Chimney, Cooling tower, wagon Tripler, Pump House etc.

(8.)  Oil and Natural Gas Energy-

Oil and gas sector generates power in many countries like as many gulf countries. It is a non-renewable source of energy. These energy stocks are limited. These are obtained from underground. Gasoline, diesel fuel and Paraffin are produced from petroleum. Natural gas is a mixture of iso butane and normal butane (Methane).Oil and natural gas is flammable.

    (9.)  Nuclear Energy-

It is a major renewable source of energy. These energy is produced by nuclear reaction and after that its collection. Nuclear fission, nuclear fusion and nuclear decay are the function of nuclear energy.
