Just as quality is important in our life, similarly in the construction industry, quality also has a special significance. The quality of the constructions signifies the identity of the construction industry, so that which company works for which standard, this quality Only shows.

On the basis of owner's expectation, how much work is safely completed under their timeline, it is the important part of the quality measure.But, on different places different quality will applicable.


The frame of reference on the basis of which, we can measure the requirement of quality is known as quality Control. It will depends on practices and follow the procedure of quality requirements.

On the basis of standard guidelines quality department plays an important part in construction industry.When work is not as good as customer requirement and their satisfaction, then the requirement of quality control in that work will very essential.

(1.) MTC (Manufacturing Test Certificate) of each material by which we can ensure about their                   validity/Expiry.


(2.) MDCC (Material Dispatch Clearance Certificate)- Authorization of manufacture to dispatch the           item 

(3.)  IS Standard Code, ASTM (American Society Of Testing And Materials)

(4.) Organisation Chart

(5.) Work Break-Down Structure

(6.) FQP (Field Quality Plan)

(7.) QCP (Quality Control Plan)

(8.) Technical Specification

(9.) Work Methodology/ Method of Statement


(10.) Third party material testing lab will certified through NABL (National Accreditation Board for testing and calibration Laboratories)

(11.) Updated calibration and their certificate of all equipment 

(12.) MMD (Material manufacturing details)

(13.) For the better production better quality of material will used.

(14.) Quality and property of each items used in construction shall be satisfied.

Some times companies not fulfill the requirements of customers/client. In that case client can raise the observation and contractors submit their observation report.Two observations are following:-

(2.) NCR (Non-Conformity Report/Non-Conformance Report)
